We all know the power of good information.  Let us give you the information to learn about how your spine works so you can gain a better understanding of your back problem.  You can take this information and apply it to your daily activities of living. 

This 90-minute, informal program will address a variety of topics including anatomy, proper posture, body mechanics and common spinal disorders.  In addition, strategies for injury prevention and decreased risk of re-injury will be addressed. 

This class is for anyone who is suffering from any musculoskeletal problem related to the spine, or someone who just may be interested in learning what to do to prevent injury or reduce your risk of injury.

A Physical Therapist will be available to answer your questions during and after the program.

Classes will be held at our work conditioning facility located at 199 Whitney Ave in New Haven.
